More About Dr. Stelzer and Bioesthetic Restorations

Dr. Joshua L. Stelzer is dedicated to going above and beyond in his dentistry, and focusing on three main philosophies:

1. Individualized care: Dr. Stelzer takes the time to listen and works with each patient to meet their best interests, whether a routine treatment or a more complex restoration.
2. Conservative dentistry: encouraging health, care and retention of your own natural teeth.
3. Beautiful and lasting smiles: The creation of aesthetic and undetectable restorations, known as  “Bioesthetic restorations."

For Dr. Stelzer, one of the key advancements in dentistry has been providing patients Bioesthetic Restorations, referring to natural and undetectable dental restorations. Transforming the smiles of his patients, Dr. Stelzer creates beautiful and lasting smiles that provide lifelike vitality. Precision technology and materials has also made dentistry more exact, and thus reassuring the patient that the procedure can and will be done correctly the first time.

Dr. Joshua Stelzer had the values of compassion for patients instilled at a young age.  As the son of a physician, Dr. Stelzer learned the significance of care and concern for the health of those that entrust you with it's management.

He found that dentistry provided an additional layer of artistry in addition to his concern for the health of others, which attracted Dr. Stelzer to this area of health expertise.  Graduating from Syracuse University with a B.S., Dr. Stelzer graduated with his D.M.D. degree at Temple University School of Dentistry and furthered his education with an advanced one-year general dentistry residency from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Dr. Stelzer also contributes his time to the The NephCure Foundation (www.nephcure.org), an organization committed to seeking a cure for two potentially devastating diseases, Nephrotic Syndrome and Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis.  Dr. Stelzer’s 4 year old daughter, Sage, suffers from Minimal Change Nephrotic Syndrome. He continues to be an active supporter helping raise awareness and raise money to fund research that will improve treatment and find a cure.
